If you have heard the phrase “the early bird catches the worm,” you know what I am talking about. I recently came by a video about waking up at 4 am each day, and how it can change lives, so guess what, I tried it, and I can see a change in my life. At 1st I thought it was just stupid to wake up at 4 am since nothing is open, not much to do at 4 am and so on.
Now I am not going to lie and say it’s easy because it’s not easy; you have to motivate and have that hunger to succeed in life. Things happen when you motivated enough to do it, and if you have to sacrifice sleep, you better do it if you want to go far. I remember being younger and waking up at 5 am and 6 am and I didn’t want too. So imagine me now 27 years old and wanting to wake up at 4 am. The difference now is that now I have a drive, now I want to succeed something that I didn’t think about when I was kid nor a teenager.
When I first started waking up at 4 am I was tired as hell, had no motivation to do it until I heard Mel Robbins voice in my head telling to count to 5 and get my ass up. I have been waking up at 4 am for the past two weeks now, and I can now say that I am a lot more productive. I am writing more, working out before the sunrise, and by 1 or 2 pm I am, I am done with all the things I needed to handle and would take me until 7 or 8 to finish.
After listening to the video at least once a week, it has motivated me to wake up early and get things done. You see, we all have 24 hrs every day so it all goes down to how you use it. If you use it to sleep in till 10 am or 12 pm you are not maximizing your time. I have not used an alarm clocks in months now because now I tell my body i want to wake up at 4:30 and boom I am up at 4:30 at times even at 4 am. The drives me is the motivation I have to get things done on time and have the rest of the day to do other things.
Successful people wake up at 4
If you have thought that successful people wake up late because they are rich or whatnot, well you are thought wrong. Our president wakes up around 3, or 4 am, the Rock wakes up at 4 am, the CEO of Apple wakes up at 4 am. They all have something to push forward to and so do you. Listen you can say all the excuses to yourself on why you refuse to not wake up earlier but you’re only lying to yourself and hurting yourself.
Down below, you will see the video that changed my life and will change yours.
